On February 17, 2025, in accordance with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in Cement and Glass Industry (2024 edition)" (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's original [2024] 206) and the requirements of relevant documents, the supplementary capacity replacement scheme of No.1 and No.2 cement clinker production lines with a daily output of 5750 tons of Heilongjiang Pennsylvania Cement Co., Ltd. was completed and publicized without objection during the publicity period. It is now announced that the public is welcome to supervise it.
