On June 6, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation framework agreement between China Railway First Bureau and Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd. was held in Xi'an. Chang Xu, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of China Railway First Bureau, and Du Ping, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Huaxin Cement, attended the signing ceremony.
Chang Xu, on behalf of China Railway First Bureau, warmly welcomed Du Ping and his delegation, and expressed sincere admiration for the strong strength and long history of Huaxin Cement.
He pointed out that the cooperation between the two sides has a long history, and over the years, Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd. has provided a solid guarantee for the construction projects of China Railway First Bureau to reduce costs and increase efficiency and to open up the market for material trade. On the basis of the strategic cooperation agreement signed by the two sides in 2020, the signing of
this agreement is intended to further enhance the depth, breadth and frequency, and open a new chapter for the follow-up cooperation.
He stressed that the two sides should support and trust each other in in-depth cooperation, further strengthen communication and exchanges, create a model of cooperation in strategic procurement of engineering projects, and look forward to exploring deeper cooperation points in overseas business, low-carbon environmental protection, new construction and transformation of factories and real estate development, so as to achieve win-win results.
Du Ping introduced the general situation of the development of Huaxin Cement. He said that Huaxin actively transformed its development mode, took cement production as the axis, actively promoted "vertical integration", and became a global building materials group involved in the integration of cement, concrete, aggregate, environmental protection, equipment manufacturing and engineering, new building materials and other fields.
He pointed out that the two sides should take this exchange as an opportunity to upgrade their strategic cooperative relations , plan systematically, and give full play to their advantages in capital, technology, talent, management, and strategic planning. Concentrate on coordinating resources and innovating business models to ensure rapid docking, high-quality landing and effective results, open a new window for both sides to improve supply chain efficiency and create a better future.
Subsequently, the two sides formally signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement; the participants also jointly visited the exhibition room of China Railway First Bureau, watched the promotional films of the two enterprises, and fully discussed the relevant practical cooperation. Relevant persons in charge of the Material and Equipment Management Department of the First Bureau of
China Railway, the Material Trade Company, the relevant units in the central region of Huaxin Cement and the company participated in the above activities.
