cement industry has taken a sharp turn for the worse, and the double squeeze of declining demand and overcapacity has left many enterprises breathless. The management of Shaofeng South with strategic vision decided to make a green transformation, and in 2020, it "smashed" 2 billion yuan to start the green building materials industrial park project, which made the industry leader stand up in the cold winter of the market.
According to the introduction, the project of Shaofeng Southern Green Building Material Industrial Park mainly constructs an intelligent production line of 8000t/d clinker cement, an annual production line of 2 million tons of aggregate and a logistics Avenue. In addition to the Logistics Avenue under construction, the above two production lines will be put into operation in October 2020 and June 2022 respectively. Today, Shaofeng Nanfang has two clinker dry cement production lines of 8000t/d and 5000t/d, of which the advanced production process of the former not only reduces emissions and consumption, but also has obvious cost advantages, which is an important magic weapon for the company to take the initiative in the fierce market competition. 2024, when the national cement output decreased by 10.5% year on year, the demand for cement in Hunan, Guangdong and Guangxi provinces (regions) where Zhongnan Cement is located decreased by more than 15%, and the total profit of the industry decreased by about 50% year on year, Shaofeng South produced 2.1355 million tons of clinker. It produced 2,586,200 tons of cement and 1,268,400 tons of aggregate, and sold 2,621,100 tons of cement, 269,400 tons of clinker and 1,169,700 tons of aggregate.
