China Resources Cement Technology Research and Development (Guangxi) Co., Ltd. The production line expansion project is planned to be built at No.268, Yongan East Road, Litang Town, Binyang County, Guangxi (in the plant area of Hongshuihe Cement Company). After the completion of the project, the annual production of cement additives will be increased by 45,000 tons, and the production capacity of cement additives in the whole plant will reach 58,000 tons. The project construction conforms to the national industrial policy, the site selection is reasonable, the general layout is basically reasonable, the exhaust gas and noise can be discharged up to the standard, the solid waste disposal is reasonable, and the pollutants produced by the project have little impact on the environment. The project is feasible from the perspective of environmental protection under the conditions of adopting corresponding environmental protection facilities, ensuring the normal operation of environmental protection facilities, strictly implementing the "Three Simultaneities" system, implementing the treatment measures and requirements proposed in this report and ensuring its treatment efficiency.
