HK) announces that a meeting of the board will be held on Thursday, 19 June 2025 for the purpose of, among other matters, considering and, if thought fit, approving the audited final results of the company and its subsidiaries for the year ended 31 December 2024 for publication, and considering the recommendation on the payment of a final dividend, if any. Subject to the completion of all audit work as agreed with the auditors. Continue to suspend trading.
