Announcement of Chongqing Intelligent Factory! Oriental Hope is on the list of two projects in Fengdu.

On June 6, the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology announced the list of the results of the proposed identification of advanced intelligent factories and digital workshops (basic intelligent factories) in Chongqing in 2025. Fengdu Cement was selected as the advanced intelligent factory for cement manufacturing, and the steam turbine production of Fengdu Garbage Power Generation Project was selected as the basic intelligent factory.

In recent years, Fengdu Cement has deeply integrated advanced technologies such as Internet of Things, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and 5G Communication into the whole process of mining, clinker production, waste heat power generation and cement delivery, and has successfully integrated DCS distributed control, automatic operation and other systems. The production equipment, on-line analyzer and environmental protection facilities have been upgraded in an all-round way, and the intelligent control of the whole process of cement production has been realized. In terms of industry innovation practice, the company continuously promoted the upgrade of equipment management from single operation and maintenance to full life cycle management, realized 100% numerical control of workshop equipment and key processes, and effectively reduced operation and maintenance costs and improved equipment operation rate through predictive maintenance and remote monitoring technology.

Fengdu Garbage Power Generation Project focuses on the intellectualization of key processes, through promoting the application of automatic control system of steam turbine, automatic combustion system of garbage incinerator, on-line automatic test and detection system of boiler water and unattended weighing system, real-time monitoring of key equipment is carried out, and comprehensive integration and real-time feedback of production data are realized. It ensures the stable and efficient operation of production.
