Yin Rujun seriously violated the Party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, work discipline and life discipline, constituted a serious duty violation and was suspected of bribery, and did not converge or stop after the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party, which was serious in nature and had a bad impact, and should be dealt with seriously. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China, the Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China and the Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Punishment of Public Officials, after the study of the Standing Committee of the Henan Discipline Commission and the approval of the Henan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, it was decided to expel Yin Rujun from the Party, cancel his retirement benefits according to the regulations, and confiscate his illegal gains; The suspected crimes shall be transferred to the procuratorial organs for examination and prosecution according to law, and the property involved shall be transferred together.
