Recently, the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Yunnan Province issued two announcements in succession, which are related to the wages of migrant workers. Nine enterprises involved in the two announcements owed 806 people a total of 17181670.05 yuan in wages.
In 2024, the fourth batch of joint punishment targets for wage arrears of migrant workers include Guangxi Zhongying Guokai Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., Chongqing Xinshengze Construction Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd., Dehong New Idea Construction Labor Subcontracting Co., Ltd., Tianjin Hongze Zhongtian Construction Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd., Tengyue Construction Technology Group Co., Ltd. Hebei Guangtong Road and Bridge Group Co., Ltd. and other six construction industry and decoration engineering enterprises. Six enterprises were also listed in the information table of the fourth batch of major labor security violations in Yunnan Province in 2024.
