On December 23, the Guizhou Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology issued the Announcement on the Replacement Scheme of Supplementary Capacity for the 6833 Tons of Cement Clinker Production Line Project of Guizhou Huishui Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. According to the requirements of the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (Version 2024) (original [2024] No.206 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), the supplementary capacity replacement scheme for the cement clinker production line project with a daily output of 6833 tons of Guizhou Huishui Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. is now publicized.
According to the announcement, the design capacity of Guizhou Huishui Southwest Cement Clinker Project (supporting 15MW waste heat power generation) is 6833t/d, the supplementary capacity is 2333t/d, and the replacement ratio is 1.5: 1. 1000t/d of Guizhou Southwest United New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and 2500t/d of Guizhou Fanjingshan Jinding Cement Co., Ltd. are used for capacity replacement of this project, and are planned to be dismantled and withdrawn before December 15, 2025.
