On February 17, the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of the Sinkiang Production and Construction Corps issued the Announcement on the Capacity Replacement Scheme for Cement Clinker Construction Projects of Xinjiang Qingsong Building Material Chemical (Group) Co., Ltd. and Hetian Qingsong Building Material Co., Ltd. In accordance with the Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (Version 2024) (original [2024] No.206 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) and the Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (Version 2024) (Xin Gong Xin Building Materials [2024] No.9) and other relevant policy requirements, the cement branch of Xinjiang Qingsong Building Materials Chemical (Group) Co., Ltd. and the cement clinker construction project capacity replacement scheme of Hetian Qingsong Building Materials Co., Ltd. are now publicized.

According to the announcement, Xinjiang Qingsong Building Materials Chemical (Group) Co., Ltd. Cement Branch's 4000t/d new dry process cement clinker production line technical transformation project (with 6.0 MW waste heat power generation) has a replacement capacity of 1000t/d, with a replacement ratio of 1:1. It is planned to start construction on June 1, 2025. It was ignited and put into production on October 1. 1000t/d of the company's 2500t/d clinker line is used for the replacement capacity of the project, which is planned to be shut down on November 1, 2025 and dismantled and withdrawn on December 30, 2025.

Hetian Qingsong Building Materials Co., Ltd. 3000t/d New Dry Process Cement Clinker Production Line Technical Transformation Complementary Capacity Project (with 4.5MW waste heat power generation) has a replacement capacity of 1500t/d, with a replacement ratio of 1.5: 1. It is planned to start construction on June 1, 2025 and put into operation on October 1, 2025. 1500t/d of the 2500t/d new dry process cement clinker production line of Xinjiang Qingsong Building Materials Chemical (Group) Co., Ltd. is used for the replacement capacity of the project, which is planned to be shut down on November 1, 2025 and dismantled and withdrawn on December 30, 2025.
