Recently, Luopu Tianshan Cement Company was selected as the second batch of advanced intelligent factories in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.

In recent years, Luopu Tianshan has actively promoted the digital transformation of production lines, introduced the large data platform of intelligent control, realized the precise control and efficient operation of complex links such as kiln system, decomposition system and grate cooler system, and strived to build an intelligent optimization system for the whole production process. The intelligent control platform adopts a three-layer architecture of "data acquisition layer-edge computing layer-big data layer", integrates production process data, on-line analyzer data, laboratory data and energy management data, and realizes automatic optimization and real-time optimization control of production parameters. At the same time, relying on the "cloud edge collaboration" system architecture and 5G network dedicated line, an efficient and stable intelligent safety production management system is built.
