Due to job adjustment , Lin Bin applied to resign as director and deputy general manager of the eighth board of directors of the company. After his departure, Mr. Lin Bin will continue to hold other positions in the Company.
On the evening of November 10, Western Construction issued an announcement on the election of staff directors. Recently, the company held a staff Congress to elect Mr. Wang Jinxue as the eighth board of directors of the company. The qualifications of Mr. Wang Jinxue are in compliance with the requirements of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and the Articles of Association. His term of office shall commence from the date of approval of the election at the employee representative meeting and end on the expiry date of the term of the eighth session of the Board.
