On June 5, Huaxin Cement announced that it had recently received the resignation report of Mr. Luo Zhiguang, a director of the company. Due to his retirement, Mr. Luo Zhiguang applied to resign as a director of the company, a member of the audit committee of the board of directors, a member of the remuneration and appraisal committee of the board of directors and the chairman of the governance and compliance committee of the board of directors. After his resignation, Mr. Law Chi Kwong will not hold any position in the Company and Zifei Company.
