On September 28, the tender announcement for purchasing self-purchased materials (cement) in YYZQ-3 section of Yanyu Railway of China Railway Erju Group Co., Ltd. was issued.
The tender announcement shows that the new Yanan-Yulin high-speed railway starts from the exit end of Yan'an Station of Xiyan high-speed rail, passes through Yan'an New Area, Yanchuan, Qingjian, Suide and Mizhi to Yulin, and reserves the conditions for extending to Ordos, with a total length of 238.74 m and six stations (newly built). The design speed is 350 kilometers per hour, the construction period is 5 years, the start date is December 1, 2023, and the planned completion date is November 30, 2028. Lot YYZQ-3 of the
new Yanan-Yulin Railway Station Project is located in Baota District and Yanchuan County, Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province, with a total length of 13.047 km (starting and ending mileage DK340 + 450 ~ DK353 + 478). Including one bridge of 0.085 km (3-24 simply supported box girder), one tunnel of 12.979 km, one house of 1416.95 ㎡, and 26.09 km ballastless track bed. The total contract cost of the bid section is 1.638 billion yuan, the total contract period is 1826 calendar days, and the contract commencement and completion date is from December 1, 2023 to November 30, 2028. The quantity of cement
purchased this time is 63,210 tons . See the following table for the division of packages. The bidder shall bid for all packages one by one.
With regard to the qualifications of bidders, in addition to meeting the requirements of business scope, licensing and certification, financial capacity and quality assurance capacity, bidders must have an annual production capacity of more than 2 million tons of cement products and adopt a new dry rotary kiln cement production line (precalciner kiln). Manufacturers with low-alkali cement production capacity, rotary kiln and vertical kiln production lines at the same time, grinding station (or the transportation distance of the grinding station of the manufacturer is less than production place of the manufacturer) and carbide slag cement clinker enterprises are not accepted for bidding. Cement manufacturers must integrate kiln grinding and produce continuously for more than 3 years. Consortium bidding is not accepted
in this tender . The deadline for
