Gansu Qilianshan Cement Group Co., Ltd. As early as 1999, it began to implement accounting computerization, and in 2007, it began to promote the integration of industry and finance, realize the unified construction of the whole level, and take a key step in the construction of information technology.
In 2011, through management restructuring and process reengineering, Qilianshan Cement realized the online business process and built "Digital Qilianshan 1.0"; in 2016, it promoted the standardization construction with process solidification as the core and upgraded to "Digital Qilianshan 2.0"; In 2021, with the goal of digital empowerment and digital transformation, the construction of "Digital Qilian Mountain 3.0" was officially launched to comprehensively promote the construction of digital system.
Today, Qilian Mountain Cement has built a "1 + 3 + N" digital architecture, forming a perfect digital management system. Qilian Mountain industrial Internet platform adopts a two-tier architecture, including the industrial Internet platform of the headquarters and the edge side platform of the factory, the data center of the headquarters and the data center of the factory. Chen Huaixian explained: "The platform at the ministerial level brings the relevant data and information of the production process of all subsidiaries into the headquarters to achieve overall management and control; the platform at the subsidiary level focuses on the management of the production process, covering functional modules such as production, quality, equipment, process, energy, mining, scientific and technological innovation, so as to enable precise production and operation."
The supporting two-level data center also plays a key role. The data center at the headquarters side integrates 16 systems to achieve centralized management of data; the data center at the edge of the subsidiary focuses on data acquisition and real-time processing at the edge side. This structure of "overall management and control of headquarters + landing of subsidiaries" not only guarantees the consistency and integrity of data, but also meets the individual needs of subsidiaries.

Data Governance: "Five-step Method" Activates Data Value
Since October 2023, Qilianshan Cement and Xinyun Zhilian have jointly launched data governance. According to the data governance model of "top-down vision-driven and bottom-up demand-driven", the project team combs the production environment data comprehensively. Sun Xiaofeng, Deputy Manager of Intelligent Manufacturing Products Department of Xinyun Zhilian, introduced: "We have precipitated the five-step method of data management, namely, putting up shelves, managing needs, setting data, setting standards and realizing them." Through this methodology, we can guide the whole process of data governance to ensure the orderly progress of all work.
Relying on the "five-step method", the project team helped Qilian Mountain Cement to land the data governance system and data standard system, standardized the data acquisition rules, naming system, identification standards and statistical caliber, and formed five major data standards, namely, master data standards, business data standards, index data standards, time series data standards and model data standards. The unified implementation of standards in 17 subordinate enterprises provides reliable support for data reporting, large screen visualization, management Kanban and other applications.
Through the construction of data management system, Qilian Mountain has achieved remarkable results in data application. Chen Huaixian said: "These data applications provide a scientific basis for business decision-making and play an important role in improving quality, reducing costs and increasing efficiency."
After the expert review of the Building Materials Industry Information Center, it was highly recognized that "the standard constructs a systematic data management system framework, and the technical content of the standard can support the data management work of enterprises, with high applicability, innovation and industry demonstration role."
