On April 24, 2020, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Yunnan Province announced to the public on the portal website the "Relocation and Reconstruction Plan for the Project of Yunnan Huaxin Dongjun Cement Co., Ltd. with a daily output of 4000 tons of clinker " (Announcement No.5 of the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Yunnan Province). Yunnan Huaxin Dongjun Cement Co., Ltd. applied to cancel the "Yunnan Huaxin Dongjun Cement Co., Ltd. 4000 tons per day clinker project relocation and reconstruction plan". In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (2024 Edition) (the original [2024] 206 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), after examination, it is agreed to cancel the capacity replacement plan, which is hereby announced.
According to the capacity replacement table, the company originally planned to relocate the 4000t/d clinker production line project from Kanglang Village, Dabanqiao Town, Guandu District, Kunming City to Songming County, Kunming City.
In addition, according to the announcement of Huaxin Cement in December 2024, Yunnan Huaxin Dongjun Cement Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned holding subsidiary, and Yunnan State-owned Cement Kunming Co., Ltd. Transfer its land use right and non-current assets such as above-ground buildings, attachments, machinery and equipment to the Changshui Street Office of the People's Government of Guandu District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province.
