The announcement shows that Hongtong Asphalt Concrete Co., Ltd. of Heilongjiang Province plans to build an asphalt mixing station project.
Project overview:
This project is located in the northwest of Zhenjiao Village, Baiquan Town, Baiquan County, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province. The project covers an area of 10000m ², mainly for the construction of asphalt concrete production line and related supporting facilities, as well as the construction of a new material yard, a powder storage warehouse, 3 sets of asphalt insulation storage tanks, 2 sets of diesel storage tanks, a hazardous waste temporary storage room and an office. Heat supply, this project does not produce in winter.
The total investment is 3 million yuan, and the environmental protection investment is 520,000 yuan, accounting for 17.3% of the total investment.
