We will promote the construction of a number of pilot curing projects, such as hydrogen-based shaft furnace direct reduction of vanadium-titanium magnetite, blast furnace hydrogen-rich smelting and cement hydrogen roasting, and carry out demonstration of the upstream and downstream industrial chain of "green electricity-green hydrogen-pure hydrogen metallurgy". Energy enterprises, chemical enterprises, shipping and manufacturing enterprises are encouraged to jointly promote the construction of green fuel demonstration projects such as green hydrogen synthetic ammonia, synthetic methanol and synthetic sustainable aviation coal, and to promote the process control of large-scale wind-solar off-grid hydrogen production coupled with ammonia alcohol, the coordinated control of the whole system of "electricity-hydrogenation-chemistry" and the sustainable aviation coal process. Promote the integration of renewable energy and chemical industry.
The document also said that in the province's chemical, steel, cement and other industrial agglomeration areas, clean low-carbon hydrogen substitution demonstration projects will be carried out, and the application of hydrogen energy in standby power supply, distributed generation and other fields will be explored in high energy consumption industrial parks, large data centers and other scenarios.
