Shaanxi proposed concrete and ready-mixed mortar processing and production project!

On September 23, the Natural Resources Bureau of Shiquan County, Ankang City, Shaanxi Province, issued a public announcement on the construction of Rongdafei Concrete and Ready-mixed Mortar Processing and Production Project (Phase I) in Shiquan County. The publicity period is from September 23, 2025 to October 9, 2025. The construction site of the

project is located in Guyan Community, Chengguan Town, Shiquan County, Shaanxi Province. The project uses two plots of land for construction, with a total land area of 16229. 06 ㎡. Plot A covers an area of 9,085.12 ㎡ and is provided with one ready-mixed mortar production line and one concrete production line, with an annual processing capacity of 100,000 m ³ (175,000 t/a) for ready-mixed mortar and 100,000 m ³ (240,000 t/a) for concrete. Plot B covers an area of 7,143.94 ㎡ and is provided with a concrete production line with an annual concrete processing capacity of 100,000 m ³ (240,000 t/a) . The total investment of the project is 48 million yuan , of which 746,000 yuan is invested in environmental protection, accounting for 1.55% of the total investment.

Previously, on October 29, 2021, the EIA document of the project was approved by Shiquan Branch of Ankang Ecological Environment Bureau.
