Lengshuijiang yuanquan Building Materials Co., Ltd. has constructed a sand and aggregate production project with an annual output of 800,000 tons in Dongtou Village, Duoshan Town, Lengshuijiang City, and has obtained the EIA approval (Lou Huan Leng Shen [2024] No.13). The total floor area of the project is 28458 m2 , and a dry aggregate production line for crushed stone and sand and a brick production line will be built, with an annual output of 800,000 tons of crushed stone, machine-made sand and 450,000 square meters of baking-free bricks. During the construction, the production process, production equipment and environmental protection facilities of the project have been changed. The changes are as follows: 1. The screening and grinding processes are added to the aggregate production process, and the specifications of stone and stone powder are increased; 2. The vibrating screen, thunder mill and swing screen are added to the production equipment; 3. The bag filter and 15 m exhaust funnel are added to the grinding and screening processes; 4. Canteen lampblack is treated by lampblack purifier and then discharged to the roof. Waste water: the domestic sewage of this project is used as agricultural fertilizer after being treated by the septic tank; the car washing wastewater and equipment cleaning wastewater are reused after being treated by the four-stage sedimentation tank and will not be discharged. Noise: The operation noise of the production equipment of the project shall be prevented by selecting low-noise equipment and taking noise prevention measures such as sound insulation of the plant and shock absorption of the foundation. Solid waste: during the operation period of the project, the solid waste includes domestic garbage, dust collected by the dust collector, sediment in the sedimentation tank, unqualified products, soil waste, waste oil, waste oil drum, waste oily rags and gloves, etc. After being collected by the garbage can, the domestic garbage shall be uniformly disposed by the local environmental sanitation department; the dust collected by the dust collector shall be recycled or sold; the sediment of the sedimentation tank shall be sold to the building materials factory for comprehensive utilization; the unqualified products shall be reused for production; the soil waste shall be transported to the outside as subgrade filling; the hazardous wastes such as waste oil, waste oil barrels, waste oily rags and gloves shall be temporarily stored in the hazardous waste temporary storage room, and the qualified unit shall be entrusted for disposal.The general conclusion | of the |
