近日，随着第二批中央生态环保督察（以下简称督察组）“回头看”意见反馈工作的结束，第一轮中央环保督察完美收官。
从第二批10个省“回头看”反馈情况以及中央生态环保督察公开的典型案例看，一些地方党委政府以及相关部门不作为、乱作为问题仍然突出，且花样不断翻新。中央生态环保督察办公室（以下简称督察办）指出，地方党委政府在推动生态环保工作中存在的对生态环保重视不足，对督察整改工作要求不高、抓得不紧，部分整改任务进展滞后问题已成为突出的共性问题。
督察办有关负责人向记者透露，将于今年启动的第二轮中央生态环保督察会有新考虑，其中可以明确的是，第二轮督察将着力解决第一轮督察中发现的共性问题。
