6 February, Sichuan Economic and Credit Office issued the Announcement on Capacity Replacement Scheme of Cement Clinker Project of Sichuan Zizhong Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. and Wangcangchuan Coal Cement Co., Ltd. According to the
capacity replacement plan table, Sichuan Chengshi Tianying Cement sold 2500t/d clinker production capacity, of which 1400t/d production capacity was used to replace and supplement Sichuan Zizhong Southwest Cement Production Line, and 1100t/d production capacity was used to replace and supplement Wangcangchuan Coal Cement Production Line, with a replacement ratio of 1.5: 1.
