Zhai Xiaoyi said that the current industrial dust removal is facing four challenges: 1. Emission is not up to standard, environmental protection policies are increasingly stringent, emission standards are constantly tightened, and enterprises are facing the risk of shutdown and rectification and environmental fines. 2. The adaptability of working conditions is poor, and the reliability of ordinary filter bags under extreme working conditions is greatly reduced, resulting in production risks. And 3, that operation cost is high, the service life of the filt bag is short, the replacement is frequent, and the shutdown cost is high. 4. Low production efficiency, improper selection of filter bags or poor performance, resulting in large system resistance, high energy consumption and high production costs.
