of Zibo Kebang Thermal Technology, shared "Optimizing and Upgrading the Production Line of Ten Thousand Tons with Advanced Firing Technology".
Guo Hongjun introduced that the clinker line of a cement limited company has a designed production capacity of 12000t/d. It can not break through 12300t/d all the year round. After the optimization and upgrading of Zibo Kebang, it has become a landmark production line in the world cement industry. At the same time, it has five advanced technological features that other ten thousand tons production lines do not have.
Guo Hongjun said that the successful transformation of the above 10000-ton line shows that all production lines can greatly increase production, reduce consumption and reduce resistance without expanding the diameter and volume of the decomposition furnace, the size and diameter of the preheater and the increase of the primary preheater. It also shows that the burner with advanced structure can not give full play to its excellent performance if it can not adopt advanced calcination system and can not be operated correctly. It verifies again that there is a large optimization space for the quenching structure of the fourth generation grate cooler.
