From September 23 to 24, the 14th China Cement Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technology Exchange Conference and the 6th Intelligent Summit Forum were held in Zibo, Shandong Province.
At the meeting, Ma Enqun, senior product manager of Nanbo Institute, shared "Upgrading and Application of Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Filter Materials for Dust Collector System under Special Conditions in Cement Industry". Ma Enqun said that special processes such as co-disposal of cement kilns, alternative fuels, high-sulfur ore/high-sulfur coal, carbide slag cement and dual-fan system will affect the dust emission control, system operation resistance and equipment service life of the dust collection system.
Ma Enqun believes that in view of the flue gas treatment under some special working conditions in the cement industry, the filter material of the dust collector should be upgraded to meet the needs of "energy saving and emission reduction" and prolong the service life.
In the future, for some ultra-high temperature and harsh dust removal parts of flue gas, such as ultra-high temperature dust removal before high temperature and low dust SCR denitrification, bypass dust removal, conventional high-temperature filter materials can not meet the requirements of application scenarios, and South Glass Institute is also continuing to develop and develop special filter materials for such special working conditions. Look forward to the future to help customers solve the difficult problems in the practical application process.
