The winning bidder is Dalian Rongke Energy Storage Technology Development Co., Ltd. with a bid amount of 19580221.00 yuan, or about 1.958 yuan/Wh.
It is worth noting that this is also the first time that the flow battery energy storage system has fallen below 2 yuan/Wh.
According to the tender announcement, the construction scale of the project is 100MW/400 MWh, using 97.5MW/390 MWh liquid-cooled lithium iron phosphate energy storage + 2.5MW/10 MWh all-vanadium liquid flow energy storage.
