24 September, Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued an announcement on the cancellation of the capacity replacement plan for the upgrading and reconstruction project of Huarun Cement (Longyan Caoxi) Co., Ltd. with a daily output of 4500 tons of cement clinker and co-disposal of hazardous wastes. On January 5 , 2021,

Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology announced the capacity replacement plan for the upgrading and reconstruction project of Huarun Cement (Longyan Caoxi) Co., Ltd. with a daily output of 4500 tons of cement clinker and co-disposal of hazardous wastes. The announcement plan was not organized and implemented for some reason. Now China Resources Cement (Longyan Caoxi) Co., Ltd. has applied to revoke the announcement , which has been examined and submitted by Xinluo District and Longyan Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology step by step. The Announcement of Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology on the Capacity Replacement Scheme for the Upgrading and Reconstruction Project of Huarun Cement (Longyan Caoxi) Co., Ltd. with a Daily Output of 4500 Tons of Cement Clinker and Co-disposal of Hazardous Wastes was revoked.
