On September 19, Gansu Building Materials Industry Association held a symposium on the economic operation of key cement enterprises in Lanzhou. Liu Jibin, Executive Vice President of China Cement Association and President of Provincial Building Materials Industry Association, attended the meeting and made a speech. Luo Hongji, Vice President of Gansu Building Materials Association, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Qilianshan Cement Group Company, attended the meeting. Wang Yantian, Vice President and Secretary-General of the Association, presided over the meeting. The principal person in charge and sales person in charge of key cement enterprises in Lanbailin attended the meeting.
The meeting reported the output and economic operation of the cement industry in the whole province from January to August, and reported the submission and implementation of the peak-shifting production plan for the fourth stage of this year from September to October.
At the meeting, the leaders of each enterprise reported and exchanged the current production, sales, storage, price and peak staggering production implementation of the enterprise, and analyzed the main problems existing in the current industry and the next step, and put forward opinions and suggestions. At the end of the
meeting, Liu Jibin made a concluding speech. He first publicized the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on "promoting the construction of a unified national market in depth", emphasizing the great significance of promoting anti-involution and steady growth under the background of insufficient effective demand, serious overcapacity and industrial transformation and development. He said that under the current situation, the cement industry should effectively manage the "involution" chaos in accordance with the law and regulations, oppose low-price and disorderly competition, and promote the orderly withdrawal of backward production capacity.
At present, the cement industry should focus on several aspects of work:
First, do a good job of rigid peak staggering. It is necessary to stagger the peak rigidly, control the output, improve the quality and efficiency, stabilize the price and save oneself.
The second is to do a good job in the dynamic balance of the market. In order to achieve the goal of peak staggering production and price stabilization, it is necessary to balance the market, including the dynamic balance of customers, considering both oneself and peers, so as to achieve relative fairness.
Third, the association should play a better role in self-discipline on the issue of anti-involution. We should make good use of relevant policies to curb the "involution" chaos. It is believed that the cement industry will awaken itself through anti-involution.
Fourthly , enterprises and associations should further understand the relevant policies of national capacity control, do a good job in advance, and prepare for the full implementation of capacity control next year.
