23 September, Liaoning Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice on the supplementary capacity replacement plan for the 5667 tons per day cement clinker production line project of Liaoning Hengwei Cement Group Co., Ltd.
It is reported that Liaoning Hengwei Cement Group Co., Ltd. was established in March 2006, and its controlling shareholder is Liaoning Jinzhong New Material Industry Group Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of Jinyu Jidong Cement Group. Liaoning Jinzhong New Material Industry Group Co., Ltd. acquired 100% equity of Liaoning Hengwei Cement Group Co., Ltd., making it an enterprise in Jinyu Jidong system.
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's original [2024] 206) and the relevant policy requirements for capacity management in the cement industry, From September 9, 2025 to September 22, 2025, our office publicized the supplementary capacity replacement plan for the 5667t/d cement clinker production line project of Liaoning Hengwei Cement Group Co., Ltd., and no objection was received during the publicity period, which is hereby notified.
