Our office intends to make an approval decision on the acceptance of the overall relocation and technical transformation project of Fenyi Conch's cement clinker production line with a daily output of 4500 tons.
According to the introduction, the overall relocation and technical renovation project of Fenyi Conch's cement clinker production line with a daily output of 4500 tons is located in Fengyang Town, Fenyi County, Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province, and a 4500t/d cement clinker production line (including 7.5MW waste heat power generation system) and cement grinding system are replaced equally. Before the completion and trial production of this project, shut down and dismantle the total cement clinker production capacity of Fenyi Conch Cement Co., Ltd. (Existing project), and replace the 4500t/d cement clinker production capacity of this project.
According to local media reports, the relocation project of Fenyi Conch has entered the decisive stage. At present, 95% of the civil works and 40% of the equipment installation have been completed. 90% of the civil works of the cement grinding system and 30% of the equipment installation have been completed. 95% of the project in front of the plant has been completed. The connecting roads and water supply projects have been completed. According to the wall chart operation and inverted schedule mechanism, the project team is creating the appropriate speed; strive to ignite the cement clinker line by the end of November, the first cement mill will be ready for production on December 18, and the waste heat power generation will be ready for grid-connected power generation on the same day.

He pointed out that the recent construction organization of the project was strong and the progress was obviously accelerated, which fully demonstrated the determination and efficiency of all parties to overcome difficulties. Fu Gang stressed that the project is an important support to promote the transformation and upgrading of county industry. All parties should continue to keep a close eye on the target, further optimize the construction progress on the premise of strictly abiding by the bottom line of safety production and project quality, and make every effort to promote the early completion, early commissioning and early effectiveness of the project, so as to inject new momentum into the high-quality development of Linkou's economy.
