On May 28, the Sichuan Green Building Material Industry Chain Supply and Demand Docking Conference was held in Deyang. The event released a list of opportunities for the green building materials industry chain in Sichuan Province, including 966 urban renewal projects with a total investment of 210 billion yuan.
According to reports, the list of opportunities for urban renewal projects released this time mainly includes eight categories of projects, including urban infrastructure construction and renovation, renovation of old urban residential areas, improvement of urban functions, protection and inheritance of urban history and culture. Among them, there are 317 urban infrastructure construction and renovation projects, involving road and municipal pipelines, pipeline relocation, landscape integration and other specific construction content.
In addition, the list of bank financing needs for urban renewal projects contains 350 projects, with a proposed financing amount of 100 billion yuan. The supply list of
green building materials products covers more than 60 categories and nearly 800 green building materials products, such as cement, coatings, thermal insulation and decoration materials, energy-saving enclosure materials, etc. The demand list of green building materials projects covers more than 240 enterprises and projects, involving more than 370 demand products.
