Recently, China Electric Power Engineering Consulting Group Northwest Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Energy Construction Co., Ltd., formed a consortium with Hunan Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. of China Energy Construction Group. It won the bid for the 6 × 660MW Coal-fired Power Project (EPC) in Zhongxin Electric Power Military Quasi-park, with the bid amount of about 14.586 billion yuan. The construction of the project includes six 660000 kilowatt ultra-supercritical coal-fired generating units, as well as the simultaneous construction of environmental protection facilities such as desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal. of 10.7 billion yuan and 1 million kilowatts, and the bidding results of EPC general contract for the first phase of 1 million kilowatts offshore wind power project in Dandong Donggang, Huadian, were officially announced recently. Zhongnan Survey and Design Research Institute Co., Ltd. of China Electric Power Construction Group stood out with a bid price 1076969.129900 10000 yuan, and became the first successful candidate for EPC general contracting of the project.
Project scale: The project is located in the southern sea area of Donggang City, Dandong, Liaoning Province, north of the DD2 site, with a sea-related area of 95 km2, an average offshore distance of about 50 km, and a water depth of 30 m-38 m. The planned installed capacity of this phase is 1 million kW, and it is planned to design and install 84 WTG260-12MW wind generating units with a single unit capacity of 12 MW. It is planned to build a new + 500 kV offshore converter station (2 million kW) and an onshore DC gathering station (2 million kW). The offshore converter station is connected to the onshore DC gathering station through two + 500KV submarine cables, and then connected to the grid converter station through a ± 500kV DC line: a supporting 50,000-ton wharf berth will be built. . Gannan Xizangan Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province adopts bundled implementation, including two sub-projects:
Sub-project 1: Saierlong (boundary of Gansu and Qinghai) -Langmusi (boundary of Gansu and Sichuan) section of G0611 Zhangye-Wenchuan National Expressway, with a total length of about 57.123km, which is planned to be constructed according to the technical standard of two-way four-lane expressway. The design speed is 100 km/H, and the subgrade width is 26.0 m;
Sub-project 2: Gaxiu-Maqu Section of S45 Luqu-Jiuzhi (Qinghai) Expressway, with a total length of about 41.849 km, of which 36.749 km is reconstructed and expanded by using the old road. It is proposed to adopt the technical standard construction of two-way four-lane expressway, with the design speed of 80 km/H and the subgrade width of 23.5 m; for the local difficult sections of the second-class expressway, the design speed of 60 km/H is adopted.
Sub-project 1: G0611 Zhangye-Wenchuan National Highway from Saierlong (boundary of Gansu and Qinghai) to Langmusi (boundary of Gansu and Sichuan) is estimated to have a total investment of about 8912.03 million yuan. Sub-project 2: Gaxiu-Maqu Section of S45 Luqu-Jiuzhi (Qinghai) Expressway, the total investment is estimated to be about 2,481.06 million yuan.
