Project Overview: Hebei Jingyuan Thermal Power Co., Ltd. construction of G236 Fuzhou High-tech Zone Huangyuanshan-Xiadeng Highway Reconstruction Project Scale: The starting point of G236 Fuzhou High-tech Zone Huangyuanshan-Xiadeng Highway Reconstruction Project is located near Huangyuanshan on G316 National Highway (G316 stake No.: K569 + 519), the survey stake No.: K0 + 000, the new line is adopted from east to west, and it passes through Huangdeng Village, Chenjiatang and Hubei Zoujia in Hunan Township of Linxin District in the east. Fuxing Bridge (central stake No. K2 + 295.479) is set to cross Jinlin Canal and Fuhe River, pass through Lijia, Dianxia Village, Chonggang Town, Linchuan District, and connect with the existing Chonggang Avenue near Wangjia, K4 + 300, and reconstruct and utilize 8.2 kilometers. After passing through Hejia, Fengyuan Raojia, Hefang Raojia, Jiangxi Tianguang Titanium Industry Rongfu Abandoned Mine Ecological Restoration and Comprehensive Utilization and General Industrial Solid Waste Disposal Site, Hetangting Gaojia, Wujia, Lejia, Kexi Zhoujia, Fenggang Village, to the vicinity of Zhongdeng Village, an interchange was set up at the intersection of Tang Xianzu Avenue and crossed Changfu Railway and Fuyin Expressway in turn. Finally, at the junction of Liancheng Town of Linchuan District and Chonggang Town of High-tech Zone (the boundary between Linchuan District and High-tech Zone), the terminal pile number is K15 + 378. The total length of the route is 15.377 kilometers (short chain length 0.815m), including 7.276 kilometers of new sections (including 1321 meters of Fuxing Bridge and 1365.7 meters of main bridge of Chonggang Viaduct), and 8.101 kilometers of Chonggang Avenue. There are 1 interchange, 2 super-large bridges with a total length of 2,686.7m and 37 culverts with a total length of 1,499.3m. Necessary traffic engineering and facilities along the line shall be constructed simultaneously at 6 level crossings and other structural works.
(2) Main technical standards: The whole line is constructed according to the first-class highway standard, with two-way six lanes and a design speed of 60 km/H. The subgrade width is designed to be 28.5m for K0 + 000-K4 + 300 section and K12 + 402-K15 + 378 section, and 45m for K4 + 300-K10 + 005 section (using the pavement reconstruction section of Chonggang Avenue). The design stake number of K10 + 005-K12 + 402 section is 55m (using the pavement reconstruction section of Chonggang Avenue), and the width of Fuxing Bridge is 31m; the vehicle load grade is highway-I; the design flood frequency is 1/300 for the super-large bridge; the bridge, culvert and subgrade are 1/100; the seismic peak acceleration is 0.05 G; the design navigation grade is III- (3). Other technical indicators shall be subject to Technical Standard for Highway Engineering (JTG B01-2014) and Technical Compilation of Highway Engineering in Urbanized Areas (JTG 2112-2021).
