On September 17, the Bureau of Economy and Information Technology of Chengdu, Sichuan, issued the Notice on Further Promoting the Development of Hydrogen Energy Industry Chain and Promoting the Application of Relevant Incentive Policies. Recently, the Department of Economy and Information Technology issued relevant circulars to support the construction of hydrogenation infrastructure, reduce the cost of hydrogen, promote the demonstration of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and the creation of hydrogen energy application scenarios. In accordance with the requirements of the document, Chengdu has Bureau of Economy and Information Technology carried out the declaration of provincial hydrogenation infrastructure construction award projects and hydrogen energy application scenario creation award projects, as detailed in the annex.

The Department of Economy and Information Technology issued the Notice on Implementing Incentive Policies for Further Promoting the Development and Application of Hydrogen Energy Industry Chain (Sichuan Economic and Credit Office Letter [2025] 272) to support the construction of hydrogenation infrastructure, reduce the cost of hydrogen use, promote the demonstration of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and build hydrogen energy application scenarios.
