2. Qualifications

of bidders 1. The unit to be selected must be a company (enterprise) registered in China with a business license and an independent legal person status, and hold valid qualifications such as the Business License of Enterprise Legal Person for the business scope of the subject matter.

2. The unit to be selected shall be a general taxpayer who can issue special invoices for value-added tax (13%).

3. If the representative of the candidate is a non-legal representative, the legal representative shall issue a power of attorney to authorize the candidate, with the signature of the legal representative and the official seal of the legal person, otherwise the candidate shall not accept the candidate.

4. The selected unit has supply experience, strong strength and can provide guaranteed supply business units with good reputation, no illegal operation and no unfair competition in the course of operation.

5. The review committee of the company has the right to require the candidate to make necessary clarifications or explanations on the contents with unclear meanings in the selection documents, and the review committee of the company will conduct comprehensive evaluation and review according to the factors such as the corporate reputation, supply capacity, product quality and price level of the candidate. The selection team of the bidding committee of our company will select 1-2 companies with higher scores as the winning bidders (the lowest price supplier will be selected in principle, and if the lowest price supply quantity fails to meet the requirements, the suppliers will be selected in turn from low to high).

6. When submitting the bidding materials, the bidding supplier shall pay a deposit of 200000 yuan to ensure the authenticity and validity of the bidding quotation.

7. Bidders can choose at least one factory for bidding, or participate in multiple factories for bidding, and each factory will be evaluated independently.

8. After the announcement of Zhongpai is issued, the bid bond shall be automatically converted into performance bond. If the supplier of Zhongpai fails to supply goods in time, quality and quantity in accordance with the bidding commitment, the bond shall not be refunded.
