19, Yisheng Technologies announced the progress of its procurement contract with Fujian Jinshi Energy Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Jinshi Energy").

On March 13, 2023, (hereinafter referred to as "Meishan Liusheng") and Jinshi Energy signed the Equipment Purchase Contract and the Supplementary Agreement of the Equipment Purchase Contract. Meishan Yisheng purchased two high-efficiency heterojunction (HJT) solar cell production lines from Jinshi Energy, with a capacity of 1GW/piece , totaling 2G W .
However, since 2023, the development of the photovoltaic industry has changed greatly, and the two sides have signed a supplementary agreement to the Equipment Procurement Contract by consensus between Meishan and Jinshi Energy. Some contents of the original contract were changed , and it was agreed that the procurement of one HJT high-efficiency heterojunction solar cell production line equipment would be terminated . The content of the
agreement shows that due to the termination of a line equipment contract in the original contract, 0.5 cleaning equipment and 0.5 screen printing equipment included in the termination equipment price can not be physically separated. Therefore, Meishan Liusheng retained the 0.5 cleaning equipment and 0.5 screen printing equipment and did not return them to Jinshi Energy.
