In order to continuously improve the level of green manufacturing, In accordance with the relevant requirements of "Measures for the Recognition and Management of Green Parks and Green Factories in Chongqing" and "Notice on the Declaration of Municipal Green Manufacturing List in 2025", the Chongqing Economic and Information Commission has determined the procedures of voluntary declaration by relevant units, preliminary examination and recommendation by district and county credit departments, expert evaluation and publicity, etc. These include 86 green factories at the municipal level.
Huaxin Diwei Company actively responds to the national "double carbon" strategy and promotes the transformation and upgrading of enterprises. In accordance with the Evaluation Requirements for Green Factory in Cement Industry, the Company has standardized the management systems for quality, environment, occupational health and safety, energy, etc., and has undertaken the R & D, application and verification of alternative fuel technology for "Pilot Enterprises of Carbon Peak in Building Materials Industry", thus realizing the continuous, stable and large-scale application of alternative fuels. In recent years, 86.8 million yuan has been invested in energy-saving technical renovation projects such as alternative fuels, intelligent control and cement grinding. The comprehensive energy consumption per unit clinker product has been reduced by 45.56%, the comprehensive coal consumption per unit clinker product has been reduced by 52.07%, the power consumption in cement preparation section has been reduced by 25%, and many indicators have been continuously improved. Reaching the advanced value of domestic industry; focusing on environmental protection, investing in the transformation of SCR + SNCR denitration project, environmental protection facilities are effectively operated, "three wastes" achieve ultra-low emission standards, while optimizing the layout of infrastructure, building garden-style factories.
