Zhong Baoshen stressed that the photovoltaic industry is in a critical period of technological iteration and structural adjustment of supply and demand. Faced with the current difficulties and challenges of the industry, Zhong Baoshen put forward three suggestions:
first, improve market access standards, expand the market space of efficient and advanced products, and promote the orderly withdrawal of inefficient and backward production capacity;
Secondly, resolutely put an end to the behavior of "winning the bid at the lowest price", strictly implement the Bidding Law, and strengthen quality supervision to curb the decline of product quality caused by the industry volume;
Thirdly, we call on state-owned enterprises to pay more attention to long-term value indicators such as technical efficiency and reliability in bidding, and guide the industry to shift from price competition to high-tech and high-quality development track.
Zhong Baoshen said that only through the two-wheel drive of technological upgrading and application innovation, can we effectively cope with the current imbalance between supply and demand and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the photovoltaic industry.
