Clean transportation is a major problem in the transformation of ultra-low emission in cement industry. The Opinion requires that the proportion of raw materials and fuels transported in and out of enterprises by clean means such as railways, waterways, pipelines, tubular belt conveyors and belt corridors shall not be less than 80%; for enterprises that fail to meet the requirements, all vehicles transported by automobiles shall be new energy or vehicles meeting the Sixth National Emission Standard. The requirements of key areas are more stringent, and the proportion of clean transportation of raw materials and fuels is less than 80%, all of which should be replaced by new energy vehicles.
Although Jinyu Jidong Cement Tangshan Branch has its own mine, limestone can be transported to the plant area through the corridor, but it still can not meet the requirements of the proportion of clean transportation. In order to meet the requirements of clean transportation, Jinyu Jidong Cement Tangshan Branch started with the contract, and in the cooperation agreement signed with suppliers, it clearly stipulated that transport vehicles must meet the national six or new energy standards, and encouraged suppliers to upgrade vehicles through incentives such as freight subsidies. "At the most difficult time, we face the risk of losing market share." Moreover, in order to ensure that all transport vehicles are national six and new energy, Jinyu Jidong Cement Tangshan Branch has also established a modern electronic access control and video surveillance system, covering all logistics channels, covering all materials and products transportation, and can display all kinds of transportation data in real time, clearly showing the proportion of clean transportation.
