On May 10th, MCC19 won the bidding for Myanmar STC Cement Co., Ltd.'s 1500t/d + 4000t/d clinker line supporting waste heat power generation construction project. < br/>
The project is designed by Anhui Conch Building Materials Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Conch Kawasaki Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. It adopts the newly developed VEGA boiler, with 4 boilers and 1 machine, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, small side pressure drop of flue gas, low power consumption and short installation cycle. The project is located in Thazi District, Mandalay Division, Myanmar. The first line of 1500t/d clinker production line has been put into operation, and the second line of 4000t/d clinker production line is in the trial production stage. The designed power generation capacity of its supporting waste heat power generation project is 7.95 MW, and the installed capacity is 9 MW. MCC
19's construction contents include: air cooling island, 1 # AQC boiler and flue gas pipe foundation, 1 # VEGA boiler foundation and flue gas pipe foundation, 2 # AQC boiler and flue gas duct foundation, 2 # VEGA boiler foundation and flue gas duct foundation. Raw water intake equipment foundation, chemical water treatment plant, laboratory, emergency diesel generator, water tank and equipment foundation, outdoor steam and water pipeline support foundation, water supply and drainage pipeline support foundation, cable tray support foundation; fire protection and alarm system, lighting, building lightning protection and grounding, water supply and drainage, general drawing, road, drainage, cable trench or tunnel, etc. The contract duration of the project is 365 days.
