Recently, China Cement Network released the TOP10 list of total sales of cement clinker in China in 2024. In terms of ranking, the total sales volume of Conch Cement Clinker in 2024 was 271 million tons, surpassing China Building Materials to rank first, Huaxin Cement and Taiwan Cement surpassed Shanshui Cement to rank sixth and seventh respectively, while Shanshui Cement dropped to eighth, and Gezhouba Cement entered the top ten.
From the perspective of sales volume changes, only one company has seen an increase in sales volume, while nine companies have seen a decline. In 2024, after Taiwan Cement completed the acquisition of relevant assets in Turkey and Portugal, the sales volume of cement clinker increased by 34.7% compared with the same period last year; Huaxin Cement, which is deeply involved in the overseas market, obviously outperformed the domestic market, with a small decline of 2.65%; Gezhouba Cement, the regional leader, entered the top ten, with a slight decline of 3.49% in sales volume; CNBM and Shanshui Cement experienced a relatively large decrease, especially CNBM, the sales volume of cement clinker decreased by nearly 21% compared with the same period, and that of Shanshui Cement exceeded 17%; the decrease of China Resources Building Material Technology was around 11%, and that of BBMG Jidong, Asia Cement, Conch Cement and Hongshi Holding Group was less than 10%, with a decrease of 9.48%, 8.01%, 7.51% and 5.92% respectively.
