At present, the Company is unable to pay off the debts due and is seriously insolvent. However, the Company has advanced production technology and the feasibility of pre-reorganization. After discussion among shareholders and other interested parties, the Company unanimously agreed to rescue the Company through the pre-reorganization procedure and requested the court to approve it.
The Court filed the case for examination on March 11, 2025. After examination, the case met the acceptance conditions for pre-reorganization. In order to save the enterprise in time, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of creditors and other stakeholders and improve the efficiency of reorganization, the Court decided to carry out pre-reorganization of Hunan yuanda Cement Co., Ltd. for a period of three months.
