The 4500t/d clinker production line is equipped with 10 MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation and 2 million tons of fine aggregate line attached to the 2 million tons cement grinding station with an annual output of 2 million tons. At present, the new clinker production line and aggregate production line have been put into operation.
The company can produce 2.5 million tons of high-quality cement and 1.8 million tons of clinker annually. In the first quarter of 2025, the output value reached 9.679 million yuan, an increase of 20% over the same period last year.
While consolidating and upgrading traditional industries, Chifeng Shanshui yuanhang Cement actively responded to the policy call, accelerated the project of "retreating from the city to the park", optimized the industrial layout, and promoted the green and low-carbon transformation.
It is understood that the total investment of the project is 1.44 billion yuan. The clinker calcination system will adopt a six-stage preheating dry cement kiln, and the cement grinding system will adopt a first-level energy consumption standard motor. The whole production line has the advantages of simple operation, energy saving and low consumption.
At the same time, the project is equipped with 10 MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation unit and 500 tons of domestic waste and municipal sludge co-disposal system, which truly realizes green, low-carbon and environmental protection.
