According to the original plan, the company plans to build a 4000t/d clinker production line project, and withdraw from three production lines, namely, 2000t/d of Honghe Ziyan Cement Co., Ltd., 2000t/d of Yingjiang Kungang Rongquan Cement Co., Ltd., and 2000t/d of Eshan Hongfeng Building Materials Co., Ltd.

On September 11, the Office of Industry and Information Technology of Yunnan Province issued Announcement No.18.

For some reasons, Honghe Ziyan Cement Co., Ltd. applied to cancel the "Capacity Replacement Plan for the Construction Project of 4000 Tons of Cement Clinker Per Day of Honghe Ziyan Cement Co., Ltd.".
