Senior personnel changes of Sinoma International

On January 21, Sinoma International announced that the board of directors of the company had recently received resignation reports from director He Xiaolong, chief financial officer Wang yuan and vice president Chen Zengfu.

He Xiaolong applied to resign from the position of director of the Company due to job adjustment; Wang yuan applied to resign from the position of chief financial officer of the Company due to job adjustment and continued to serve as the vice president of the Company; Chen Zengfu applied to resign from the position of vice president of the Company due to reaching the retirement age and no longer served as any position of the Company.

Upon the nomination of the president and the review of the nomination committee, Mr. He Xiaolong was appointed as the vice president of the Company and Ms. Yin Ling was appointed as the vice president and chief financial officer of the Company, with terms of office from the approval of the meeting of the Board to the expiry of the term of the current session of the Board.
