Recently, with the measured nitrogen oxide emission value of kiln tail flue gas displayed on the screen of the central control room of Bazhou Qingsong Luyuan Building Materials Co., Ltd. dropping below 30 mg/m ³, it marks that the company's SCR ultra-low emission transformation project has been fully completed and put into operation, and the enterprise's environmental protection management ability has achieved a new breakthrough.
It is understood that in order to actively respond to the policy requirements of the state and the Corps on promoting the ultra-low emission transformation of the cement industry, the company officially launched the SCR ultra-low emission transformation in October 2024, aiming at the existing clinker production line supporting the construction of high temperature and high dust denitrification system and ancillary environmental protection facilities, the company has launched the SCR ultra-low emission transformation. It was completed in August 2025 and entered the trial operation stage.
Trial operation data show that the environmental performance indicators of the system are good, and the emission concentrations of particulate matter, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and other major pollutants have steadily reached the ultra-low emission limit requirements. At present, the company is focusing on the precise control and process optimization of ammonia escape indicators, through equipment commissioning and parameter correction. Continuously promote the system to meet the standards in an all-round and stable way. During the implementation of the
project, the company has always adhered to the leadership of Party building, given full play to the role of the fighting fortress of the Party branch and the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members, coordinated resource scheduling, technical research and safety control, and effectively guaranteed the high-quality implementation of the project.
Recently, the company closely monitors the operation data of SCR system, continuously optimizes the means of regulation and control, and further taps the potential of energy saving and consumption reduction on the basis of ensuring the stable discharge of pollutants.
At present, the cement industry is facing the double test of energy saving, environmental protection and industrial intelligence upgrading. In order to implement the relevant policy requirements and accelerate the green low-carbon transformation and high-quality development of the cement industry, China Cement Network is scheduled for September 23-24. The 14th China Cement Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technology Exchange Conference and the 6th Intelligent Summit Forum were held in Zibo, Shandong Province.
