Working mechanism: Based on the development status of the green building materials industry in Hubei Province, the green building materials industry is divided into three parts: traditional building materials, new building materials and intelligent construction. Establish a "three-chain" working mechanism with the deputy governor in charge as the "chain leader", China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, Hubei Liantou and Huaxin Cement as the "chain owner", and Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University of Technology and Central South Construction Institute as the "chain creation".

We will encourage the research and development of high-performance, low-energy and environment-friendly phosphogypsum-based cementitious materials, increase the proportion of phosphogypsum in cement clinker production, improve the standard system of phosphogypsum building materials, and accelerate the research on the construction technology of phosphogypsum used in road traffic, filling and other fields.
Strengthen the leading position of the main chain enterprises in the industry, play a leading role in the development of intelligent construction, new building materials and traditional building materials industry, and enhance the overall competitiveness of the industrial chain.
Fully implement the Regulations on the Development of Green Buildings in Hubei Province, and vigorously promote green building materials products in new buildings and renovation of existing buildings.
Organize upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain to participate in domestic and foreign industrial exchanges such as "the Belt and Road", and promote the application of green building materials in overseas projects of state-owned enterprises.
Promote the precise layout of large-scale green building materials enterprises overseas and invest in the construction of green building materials production bases.
