The training is carried out in depth around five core topics: first, the shortcomings in the operation of the system and the direction of improvement, facing the shortcomings of the current application, and exploring the optimization solutions; The second is the alarm handling process and the underlying safety nature management, emphasizing timely response and root cause management; the third is the effective handling of behavior observation tasks and pending tasks to enhance the effectiveness of daily safety supervision; The fourth is the specific application of the training module and the completion mechanism of the examination task to enhance the safety awareness and operation skills of the staff; the fifth is the management of the work ticket and the confirmation requirements of the personnel with certificates to standardize the operation process and eliminate the work without certificates. A total of 14 middle and senior managers and part-time security officers of
the company participated in the training on the spot, and another 8 people participated online through the full-time cloud conference system, thus achieving efficient linkage across space. In combination with practical work, the trainees actively ask questions, conduct in-depth exchanges, gather consensus in the collision, and clarify the direction in the discussion.
