New Year's bell is about to ring. At this beautiful moment of bidding farewell to the old and ushering in the new, on behalf of Huaxin Building Materials Group, I would like to express my high respect and best wishes to Huaxin strugglers and their families, partners and shareholders who share weal and woe, and all friends from all walks of life who care about Huaxin's development!
Looking back on 2025, it is the key year for the closing of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the 15th Five-Year Plan. Over the past year, in the face of challenges such as the profound changes in the external environment and the prominent contradiction between supply and demand in the industry, all cadres and employees have withstood the pressure, maintained their determination and cohesion, unswervingly handled their own affairs, promoted the steady progress of the company's four major strategies, and carved a solid and profound footprint on the journey of building a leading multinational building materials group in the world.
According to the situation, we should draw a new strategic blueprint by renaming. The new launch of "Huaxin Building Materials" is not only a change of name, but also a strategic upgrade. We anchor "global group + multi-brand", accelerate the leap to "full-scene building materials solution service provider", and open a new era of win-win future with global partners.
Take advantage of the momentum to open up new global space with layout. From the acquisition of Nigeria's Lafarge and Brazil's aggregate giants, to the formal entry into West Africa and South America, to the precise transformation of overseas factories; from the gradual landing of overseas diversified businesses, to the gradual formation of the international green logistics system, we have built "the Belt and Road" with China's solutions.
Go green and lead the new future with low-carbon innovation. From once again taking the top three of energy efficiency leaders to the key breakthrough in the research and development of cement-based materials; from being selected as the first batch of excellent intelligent factories in China to the highest rating of ESG in the industry; from being selected as an excellent case of alternative fuel technology to the preparation of carbon measurement standards, we have taken practical actions to promote the green transformation and standardization construction of the industry.
People-oriented, change to stimulate new vitality of the organization. From the survey of "Global Employee Engagement" to the creation of "China's Best ESG Employer"; from the "Kunpeng" and "Elite" programs to the selection of "Jinpaiyao Coach" and "Technician", as well as the open competition for key positions, we have effectively stimulated the organizational potential and talent vitality, and forged a team that dares to fight hard and win battles. Over the
past year, we have won a number of national, provincial and municipal honors, and a number of colleagues have been awarded national, provincial and municipal labor models and May Day medals. Huaxin A-share and H-share markets have performed brilliantly, with the largest increase in market value in the industry, becoming a brilliant benchmark for value investment in the capital market.
2026, standing on the new starting line, we are soberly aware that the world today is undergoing profound changes, the industry's "anti-involution" and "steady growth" have become a consensus, and the competition dimension has moved from "regional competition" to "global competition and cooperation". Although the
challenges are great, the opportunities are unprecedented. Be fearless of the wind and waves and start a new voyage. In the new year, we will write a more magnificent chapter with more vigorous fighting spirit:
