On December 30, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Yunnan Province issued a public announcement on the capacity transfer plan of two cement clinker production lines with a daily output of 2000 tons in Chengjiang Huarong Cement Co., Ltd. of Yunnan Province. The publicity period is from December 30, 2025 to January 13, 2026. According to

the announcement, a 2000t/d (first-line) cement clinker production line of Yunnan Chengjiang Huarong Cement Co., Ltd. was transferred to Yongdeng Qilianshan Cement Co., Ltd. The original design capacity of the line is 4500t/d, the supplementary capacity is 1000t/d, the replacement ratio is 2:1, and the supplementary capacity is 5500t/d. The production capacity of a 2000 t/d (second line) cement clinker line of

Yunnan Chengjiang Huarong Cement Co., Ltd. was transferred to the 4500 t/d cement clinker production line of Tianshui Qilianshan Cement Co., Ltd., and the original design capacity of the line was 4500 t/d. The supplementary capacity is 1000t/d, the replacement ratio is 2:1, and the capacity after supplementary is 5500t/d.
